We are pleased to announce that our new restaurant has been up and running since February 2019, Fronted by our New Head Chef Baz Malcolm, and his kitchen brigade. Baz has brought a fresh new, seasonal approach to the food we offer. Everything is made in house from scratch, and the monthly menus reflect what is at it's very best at that moment. We have also taken the time to source suppliers that are in a 10-mile radius from us. Meat from local farms, supplied by Nigel's of Ashbourne. Ice Cream from dairy cattle farmed where Baz lives, made by The Daltons. Fresh Seasonal Vegetables from Buxton and Fresh Fish from the wonderful guys at A L Hulme of Ashbourne.
The restaurant has been well received by both residents and local guests, is open to the public 5 nights a week. Booking advisable. Please see our current menu below, along with some of the dishes that have appeared on previous menus.
